As of about 1:15 today Mya has started to move around. It's so nice to see little movements. The nurse just went to find some wrist restraints, but it's so wonderful to see "Mya wiggles." The restraints aren't too strict, they just keep her arms from being able to touch her mouth. Everything this far seems to be "normal" as far as her reactions, we're still praying that there hasn't been any neurological damage from the arrests.

Hi Rob,
Thanks so much for your comment on my blog. We will be praying for your little one as well. We look forward to seeing you at the hospital.

Praying for you as you get the joy and frustrations of her moving and yet being restrained... can she move her arms at all? Just not far enough to reach her mouth?
We are so sorry to hear that you have all been going through this, but also very happy to read that Mya is getting better each day. We are thinking of you guys and will possibly be in touch next week at Children's.
Hang in there!

Julie, I have been following your blog all week and have been anxious for your updates. I am so glad things are getting better for Mya and look forward to meeting her when she is better! My son Brody is 12 days older then she is and if he had to go through this, I'm not sure I would be as strong as you have been! You are truly a rock! I llook forward to hearing more as she progresses further on her recovery and is able to come home. God is good and has really Been watching over your family and especially your little angel!
Look forward to your next update!
Jaime
