Tuesday 10:00 am Update: Mya is back from the heart cath test. Good news is that she did just fine during the procedure & they found the reason for her arrests. Her left coronary artery is really narrow, causing the lack of flow to hear heart. The bad news is that this is pretty uncommon, so they don't have a lot of options/standard procedures on how to amend the issue. They're planning to take her case to a meeting of the minds on Friday where they'll discuss the best situation for her. At this point she's doing so well they could possibly take the breathing tube out today, but I'm not sure if they'll want to leave it in, knowing that another surgery/procedure may be necessary. This little squirt isn't making things easy on anyone!

Great news that they found the cause. We have been praying for all of you and just love that you are seeing glimpses of your little angel come thru. Keep hanging in there as more answers and options are presented. We will pray for clarity for the doctors on how to remedy the newly found heart issue. Love to you all-xoxoxo

Every step you make is making Mya's life a little healthier. Glad they found the cause for the arrests - now to see what they can do about it. Medicine is amazing these days so we will hope for the best. I know you must be exhausted but definitely feeling better having this much information and knowledge about her condition is a plus. Looking forward to seeing Mya up and around soon.

Take care,

Patti and Bob

So glad that they discovered the cause of the arrests. Modern medicine can do a lot and you have great doctors looking for the solution. Hope she is up and around real soon.
